just wondering I cloak my planets pretty heavy with jammer sattelites but on the ones i dont have room for 5 or 6 sattelites i put shield and population
which one is better and why ?

Un scanned by other players pop and cloaking (mostly cloaking), scanned by other players pop and some other defences (cloaking also counts for this). |

how can you tell if yer planets been scanned ? sorry im fairly new here

There is an arfifact called a flux probe. You can get them from aftifact shipments and are on the lower end of the point scale (250 APs). So even if you are new so long as you save up just a little you can pick them up. |
