a mix, no HP and losts of defense means if someone is persistent or powerful they'll destroy you easily, if you do the opposite they'll only need 5 hits to get through your HP. IMO more Defense then Attack, and if your on alot more hull then shield, if not more shield then hull.

There is no one right awsner, everything has strengths and weaknesses, look at all of shield's/hull's traits and come up with what you think will work best for you.
