Assuming you are going to have a similar amount of scan (give or take 500) on a scan run (around the 6K mark), and at the end of your last run you had a very poor chance at 500 or so planets scanned, how many planets should you purge before your next run? Also, what mission chain should I do next/swap to? Finished: Zolazin, Resistance, Kronyn, Stryll. Working on: Temporal Manipulation. Considering: Mylari (not touched yet), Lazuli (untouched), Aggressive Evolution (untouched), Empty Arrival (untouched), Zortah's Abduction (untouched), Drannik (Ultimate Betrayal), Titancore (untouched), Exotica (untouched), Exotic chain (1/10 first mission), T.O. (1/2 way through the inside job), Crimson Confrontation (1/5), Prejor (Up to Galactic Advance), Xecti (untouched, except modules when it was a weekly), Or finish off some of the 1-offs. 57 missions finished. Probably not changing from zolazin any time soon. I do a bit of everything. ALSO, which is better in the long run? 4x T.O. Harmonic Gigapulsers (20 space), 2x Stryll transponders (20 space) and 4x Kronyn Anomaly engines (40 space) OR 1x Trans-Temporal Nacelle - Mark III (86 space) |

i like to scan every 100 planets purged and i stop scanning when i get to poor scan chance to avoid wasting a lot of energy. If you keep your scanners than you might as well scan every 10 planets purged if you want. Anyways once i made a mistake and changed to explorer for one scan blitz. Now i have to purge way more planets for another scan blitz. So i wouldnt advise changing to explorer unless you want to do it for each scan blitz Use best scanners you can afford...i use perfect hyperflux since above that it gets too expensive for me |

Bluecifer wrote: The Nacelle, 'cause they look cool ![]() No. More because the other options are crap. Transponders are horrible. Gigapulsers are worse than rubbish unless you focus extensively on shielding and even then there are better options. About the only thing thing that's not bad among those options are the Anomaly Engines. |

140 cloak, 168 defence from the anomaly engines (with bonuses) 40 scan, 42 defence from the transponders 40s faster shields. VS 500 defence. I think the trans-temporal would be better, followed by the anomalies, then transponders. Scanning - I use hyperfluxes too - 50 or so purges should cover it for me. I hope. What about the missions? |

Kalvium plating is held in high regard by nearly everyone. Personally, I'm just trying to slog my way through the Drannik Chain ![]() |

Has a handful of nice artis for you to pick up, like the stripcores and kalvium hulls If NPC hunting is something you really want to get into do these, Drannik first then you will probably want 2 more NPC slots from lazuli chain Can probably skip this for awhile, assuming your sig is correct and you are in Home One, and also assuming there are plenty of silthion hives alerted for you to get the hubs. Good ability at the end, rough on the EM though you can probably get help from H1, also very easy mission completions to get you closer to the krionite transducer Good missions, but energy drains, wait till you are bigger unless you wanna be the lowest rank to do ??? Ignore Also not a bad idea to just start picking off the little missions to get mission completions for the krionite transducer Obtained after 86 mission completions, increases energy recharge by 8 |

I'm in The New Order right now. So, I'll finish the temporal flux chain, then I'll do the The exotic chain, then Mylari up to the hulls/last module. THEN the Lazuli, THEN take it from there. I was considering the Evolution chain just so I'd have a chance at the NPC for the Geminis showing up. |

had to fix my previous post, slight typo when i typed mylari instead of drannik when doing the mylari chain, the 2nd to last mission embattled retreat an uncommon npc becomes available during this time make sure you kill 4 octafari leviathans before finishing that mission to get the rift emitters |
