I have 455 planets, I change my race, use stryll seeker, tachyon artifact, subspace seeker prejor encrypted data and Five level 3 Xmanifolds with the console and the ship addons and get 4%(no scanning) so I use 8 planet purges No scanning, It would be ok if I didnt have worthless rocks to colonize, Is there a remedy or is I SOL?

only remedy i can think of is conquest

I'm in the same boat.
3 choices:
- you invade / colonize planets of lower quality (who wants that?)
- you hack + aim for star charts with Artifact points (if you do that, your planet count will still go up, making the 3rd solution longer to achieve).
- you do the purger mission a hundred times and you scan again ( about 3 weeks or GPs ).
