I am a rank 39 Vygoid Builder. Mineral production: 191/h Artifact production: 277/h Research production: 214/h (planets still peaking) I get 20-25k research from my base payout. what do you do pvp npc mission some of both..... if you pvp or npc i would say: hull, defence, weapons, and energy (for relays) if you mission i would say: energy and cloak if both i would do hull then energy then defence then cloak then weapons then energy then cloak |
