Your production needs to be raised greatly....

At rank 165, my production is;
Minerals: 2118/hour
Artifact: 1208/hour
Research: 2069/hour

Also, you don't have enough planets colonized, you don't have good planetary research, or you don't have good planets.

I only have 32 planets colonized, which means I can still colonize another 10.

Also, consider switching to a different race; you don't want to become dependent on Sillix. The extra 10% is a good bonus at a low level, but it becomes a clutch and it's hard to switch once you get to a higher level...

yeah i have a fair few rubbish planets but i cannot afford to get G points to abandon them!

Also what do you think about ship techs?

Your ship modules are pretty decent. However, you should get more kills and take out the normal Dominion Cannons and get Dominion Cannons Mk. III. They have a wayyy greater deck efficiency.

ok, thank you, working on the dominion cannons atm! also need to do more kills which is now high on my to do list!
