What is the best option for this artifact and does it prevent sabs being used on the planet? |

I would use it to stop Konqul from being able to invade, they are the only race that really get a good buff to increase their odds. And no it doesn't stop sab effects, however, the Konqul option does inclued Zolazins as well (: |

Think im gonna not use it. Have pretty decent defense and need as much space as possible |

It's better used against the original owner if you can find out their race. (which isn't hard to do) |
