I am a rank 580ish and have only ever gotten 30 red badge. I am looking to go PVP in about a month. Need to rebuild my cash reserve as i will put on maxed hull weapons and defenses and want to do a few good npc runs first. Anyway i suspect its going to be very difficult to badge hunt at this rank range and i would like some advice. I have my best weapons working on the Quasi's now and MAX hull modules also working on MAX ing defense modules. What ought of artis should i stock up on and stuff like that really. Cheers. |

easy kill, attempt to fight an enemy thats stronger just prior snd into ranking full hull and energy bonus in mid fight If the ship ur fighting is the same rank but smaller, he probally has a bigger crew so raiding wont work. attack ppl that do offences towards you...because if ur at full hull and ur able to repair, you can target on news unload till almost dead, repair fast and go to news and target before the clown ship ur fighting knows if ur battletab is full of insane fighters hit once to bummp and hope the next one up is an easy kill if u have engineers u can uninstall reactors and still have energy reactors use up valuable space that a defence or gun can fill https://www.facebook.com/GalaxyLegionEl ... inumFalcon check out my damage |

stock on spy probes, particularly defense / attack. Alot of 'insane' ships have low defense - at least at my level ( 349 ) - that will help you alot. other things you can do is stock on emp sphere / disarming bombs. Arti spam works but people ususally take offence to it, so see suggestion 1 first... another thing to use is trap probes, and check their actions. if its anthing other than 3, 5, 5 they are probably running a halc trap. Everyone runs a KVT, and almost all of them will still have one on by the time you get to them so hope you have alot of nulls. If your talking hack pvp as well, then you want trap probes, nulls, Time Manips, and also to pay attention to their hacking actions. if its under 5 your good, if its over 5, your probably ok, if its at 5 DO NOT bother. |

also, ik its a bit of a dirty pvp trick but if u want to get easy reds, lower your scan to as low as possible, you will get a lot of lower rank ships on your BT which are easier to kill. Alternetively, run as much scan as you can, as heavily cloaked ships are also usually weak around this rank range. Try not to run scan in the 500-2000 range, because that is where the majority of the good ships keep their cloak so you will have a much harder time. |
