Please excuse my horrible MSPaint skills... I got rift tier 1 for planetary shields

I am in a legion that gives approximately 45k research a day.
I'm thinking of doing nexus grids and then gravshells, but IDK.

Planetary construction first. You're already way beyond what normal rankers would be at. If you plan on doing base donations, though, then that's the path to take.

I will not touch any member of Interstellar Alliance or Interstellar Allies. I got my start with that group.
Won't touch any Stormkyn members, either, unless they touch me first.

I would say forget the base donations, you wont be able to contribute much even if you get the research done. so its not worth it IMO.

I agree fully with the planetary construction though, get those as high as you can as fast as possible. it saves you time/effort/credits, when you upgrade planets.
I would recommend doing the entire shield tree till obviation is 1/3, then borrow the credits and AID for planet defences if you have any really nice ones.

after that... hull hull hull hull... as high as possible as quick as possible.

Get your PvP things done sooner rather then later as well.

it all depends on your style of play. if you like to PVP like me focus on hull, defense, and weapons.

I'd go planet then weapons. You've gotten way far ahead already but don't install stuff just because you have it unlocked.

I have started on +8's, and I am 50k res through the second tier. I'll give you my modules for comparison with my research:
Size Class Cruiser
Weapons Heavy Singularity Launcher x3, Crimson Auto-Laser, Prototype Mech XV
Energy Omicron Injector
Sensors AI Supercomputer
Hull Overcharged Q-Phased Plating x3
Shields T.O. Harmonic Pulser x2, Harmonic Resonator
Cloaking none
Defenses Microwarp Nacelle - Mark III

I slow-rank HARD, as in a rank a little less than every week.

First things first, hmget all 5 hulls on. Then, get at least 3 defence modules on, and finish it off with all 8 guns
