i'm still waiting to find this elusive NPC. some lower rank players have found it on my legion but I still haven't and i've been doing a LOT of NPCing for a while now.

dunno why the wiki would be lying.. it says you need 2000 scan.. thats all. its not a guesstimate |

2001 or 8001. Doesn't matter. As long as you are over the threshold cloak value for ANY npc, they can be found. Higher scan beyond that threshold does not make any difference in spawn rates of regular NPCs or the "chance to find" the ultra rares (Caelon/Hybrid Larva). |

If you're high enough ranked to see the Sha'din Hyperport, then you would actually slightly hurt your chances of finding Caelon if you increase your scan past 3000. |

2000 Scan , lots of energy , plenty of nanos , some nice stiff drinks and patience...took me about 2 weeks till I got him |
