Can anyone tell me how to get this medal? How do I get an Insurgent Uprising started? Or is it something I have to find with planet scans? Thanks Argajag

Right it will take over a week, when I got it I did half and half.

Triggering the insurgent uprising effect on invasion apparently works too, despite the medal not stating as such. Possibly a glitch, but it's there.
