Farm, and farm, and farm, and farm, and farm, and farm, and farm, NPC's until you kill 10(maybe more if you get a QSE) T.O. Troop Carriers Don't ask how long this method takes, it's a randomly occurring NPC that you're looking for. |

any rank. have to have at least 50 scan though. these are RARE npc's though. |

Farm NPC's for them, run a minimum of 50 scan to see them, I got my free mission exotic yesterday thanks to it so take it nice and easy and it'll come eventually. |

Farming npcs will help. I farmed npcs on and off and found my tenth T.O. Carrier at rank 310 or so. |
