Combining the cloak from standard modules with the percent bonuses from bonus modules and the percentage bonuses from the Zolazin race and Spy proffession, just how much cloak would this net, assuming maxed out cloaked research with all equipped?

2764 from researched cloak mods ( thats both jammers and cloaks ) 745 from non percentile based mission / NPC artis - as listed on the wiki, does not include the new chain. ~26% boost from coalition database 135 from cipher bot 180 from decription sentry frame 240 from composite ray 140 from Leviathan Rift emitters 160 from xecti weapons ( not including racial / profession boost ) 80 stryll confinement chamber 5 from supercomputer 15 from gamma channeler
total before % -> 4464
total after % -> ~5623
add spy -> ~6748
add zolazin -> ~9447
this is the best list i came up wth, using what is on the wiki under cloaks / jammors and what i have on my ship, i have not done much of the new chain so i dont know how those mods will affect these numbers
however i re-iterate:
half a metric butt ton of cloak.

There is a nice collection of every possible way to add scan to your ship in the Wiki... has anybody put something similar together for cloak modules to find the current maximum possible ship cloak?
If not, I might do it myself... but I'm lazy, so thought I'd check here first...

My cloak is at 8624 normally with no zolazin or spy. Also my cyberneric link is only at 150% upgrade so it can go a little higher.
If I switch to zolazin spy, cloak should be 14488 and a maxed cyberneric link should add another 44-45 cloak after accounting for the +%
EDIT: I also don't currently have the composite rays with cloak installed

I would like to hear from our larger ships, the rank 2000+. When you buff up for a scan run, what is your scanning power. (not what it can be but what it is)

17592 w/ spy bonus These are 40 cloak each and 80 cloak each if spy/zolazin/hacker. Your total (320) is okay but I don't know why you put 60 on each individual cannon.
