Can you still be debuffed?

Not sure but really want to know

I believe so, I think artis continue to work, not that there's any need to debuff someone who's zeroed so I've never tried.

To annoy them and get them to use up their containment cages. Some people will happily sit there zeroed and go on an NPC spree. It's a bit d*ckish, but it's a reason none-the-less.

Considering containment cages purge more than one effect, your gonna run out of debuffs first.

I don't doubt that, but it's still going to annoy someone.

I have nearly 500 debuffs. I have 40 cages.

That's 12.5 debuffs to every cage.

A flaw in the game is that a zeroed person can still lob CMs and debuffs AT YOU, without you being able to retaliate...

Found a guy on bt to experiment with- he was -7 disables- i cm'd him- it worked. but thanks again for input

also cleared him off bt which was a bonus

I'll have to remember the bit about clearing him off your bt.
