42 with konqul bonus.
Sad part is: If I really wanted to, I could make that 48 just with researched mods. Even higher with all the other miscellaneous crap I have lying around.
Guess I'm not doing as bad as I though haha.
Also I do have over 11 energy/rank. ONly need to add like 4700 engineers to auto rank off of purger mission haha.
