Reset ship. Not looking to be the strongest, but am trying to have all 4 MKIII ready before I hit rank 100. Already bought one. Tell me what I should research next, and anything else you can think of. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Nexus platings are good for a fair while. I would do at least a few tiers of scanners to facilitate more scanning and more planets to aid in production. Afterwards likely get heavy Quantum Devastators, probably up to Heavy Singularities. Personally I'd probably go for Deep Core Neutroniums afterwards, then power through to +8s or +10s, followed by some defense research or obviators. Maybe some more scanners after that. That would be me personally, though. |

Don't ignore your arti production your research is nice but as your well aware modules only take you so far, start working on getting yourself a 50.1 ap ratio the early you start the more you will be rewarded. Ignore minerals bar max toxics i presume you have people to support you with credits until your up and running so don't waste planet slots on those just yet, if your going pvp hull and weps should be the focus of your research. |

I wanted to get arti planets, but just like before, my planet scans are absolute crap. I haven't seen a decent planet yet. Hopefully soon I can scan more and try again |

-Wow, you have made a big mistake there my friend, research is the best resource at your level, but once you get a bit higher artifact starts coming into it's own, and quickly makes research close to obsloete, so well done on the high research but you need to get your artifact up A LOT. Maybe even higher than your current research production, there is nothing worse than just concentrating on one resource at lower levels, hoever your low enough level that it's easily fixable (I know, i went from 1.3k arti to my current 12k in a matter of months). -Also you have made one of the biggest newbie mistakes, apparently you didn't learn much from your time before the reset. The biggest obstacle to getting new ship mods is by far not the research to unlock them, it's the mining to afford the upkeep. Too many times I have seen people over-researching and going broke. -Well done on going for the Dom Cannons, what you want to do is get rid of any scan/defense/cloak/shield mods you have on (keep 50 scan so you can see T.O. Troop carriers and the like). Then max out energy, hull and attack, before starting to phase defense in again until that too is maxed out. -While not installing them, you want to research scanners for your scan blitzes, planets = power. I'm not going to tell you what to research next because you can't support it with 19 minerals. |

Minerals are only an issue if you have not got people who can support you while your ship is growing if you can go without mineral planets like rebobbed did free's up more space for arti worlds and when you have the extra slots you can get some max toxics in place. |

So no, I did not make a "newbie mistake". |

And how is that not a stable cash flow? 10k ctp, can easily get me more credits than I need. Hell, I could use 2k of it and be set for a while, and spend the rest on a couple of maxed toxics. You see small credits, I see a hidden stash. |

The main thing everyone told me was always go for your 3 protean armouries ASAP, while also collecting reds and blues (ice fishing is good for yellows, and freeze ranking does wonders for blues, as you get no experience for either). Skip MKII dominions and save for MKIIIs. if you have skipped MKI's then you'll just get the auto blaster upgrades slightly sooner than everyone else. Don't start missions until you have all of these and your BM50's, don't contribute to base either. Their are a few exceptions to these, such as the Terra project mission (for invulnerable Exotic) etc. Once you have most of your stuff like MK3s, Proteans, BM50s, CipherBots, and Quad Frames, along with 5k+ AP/hr, good mining and High researching, it is recommended to start missions such as talth/zolazin, or npc for that extra npc stuff. also if you're buying GP and spending them, remember about trinity drives, fathers, and the Exotic mission, they are the 3 most important to buy, as things such as Radiant Surge Cannons are not effecient to have under a certain rank, as they don't auto adjust to your new level. Arti up mining up, research is great atm, don't need any more planets on it for a long while. I recommend you join an Arti base, such as The Sith Lords, 5 out of 7 days its even split, 2 days on % (usually sat & sun, occassionally sun & mon), 50k ap per person on the even split days. (Level 6 Base, IIRC) The Terranian Armada, every day even split, 25k arti 2k research per shipment. (Level 5 Base) If you wanted a Research base, The Sith Acolytes gives 22-25k Research per day, and is always split (level 5 Base). SLOW DOWN with your ranking, everyone is resetting now, so you'll be coming across a lot of slow rankers that have incredibly high mods, such as people in the rank 20 with nexus armor. Hope that helped clear a few things up. |
