how is your hull that low with that number of engineers and to's? im only on 4200 engineers and 4.9k officers but i have 10.8k hull with everything off..

Pretty certain he has used almost no rank points on Decks thus his Engineer and Tac figurers are higher in relation to base hull.

That is correct. No rank point were harmed int he process of deck building. With my hull mods on, I have an (unbuffed) hull of around 19k.

I have only used about 30 rank points on decks ever and im rank 540 or something. i didnt realise you have every hull mod off, i only ever take off the 5 platings nice hull too in that case

Smaller scan runs done closer together result in more even production growth. This tends to decrease the time between scan runs incrementally. A huge scan run can net very nice results but delays growth for long periods of time generally resulting in lower accumulated production than what you otherwise would have had if you did smaller runs more often.

you ought to get some weapons research done. Sure their not great to have on all the time but they can add 1000+ attack when invading planets.
