A good way to measure how you're doing is to divide your unbuffed strength(attack + defense) over your rank.
20-29x: ok
30-39x: Good
40x+: Great

I got 31.5x for you, so you're doing well for yourself.

above average I agree. but no way near the top for our rank sector. I would work on more attack right now. hull is alright (gotta remember its only 7k tbh without fixer buff) . but I think your arti is a little lowish considering your shield....since I have over double that with no shield mods. thats what im basing on....or your saving aegis x charges up. ;)
now.....EITHER get heavy nulls or heavy anti-protons...

The big problem with where we're at is that it's when Arti starts making the biggest difference. We've already got (most) of our mods and (typically) the ones with the biggest bonuses. So there's not much advice you can give to people in terms of modules (unless they're just using absolutely horrible ones while they have better ones sitting in their cargo. In this case...

I would recommend removing cheaper energy modules (XRP packs, Surge Plexii [exception if you constantly NPC], and the Logic Servo when in between levels, installing them only before you level and until you use the energy granted by them after levelling.

Uninstall the Continuum Parser, maybe all but one Prey Tracker depending on your goals (one Prey Tracker will get you all the good Uncommon NPCs). The BioMimetic Sealers (not the IIs; the IIs are OK) should be uninstalled; you may be able to ask Dan to upgrade them to IIs.

If you have the income, upgrade your Light Nulls to Heavy Nulls, your Syncopated Platings to Perfect Syncopated Platings, and your Trans-Temporals to Trans-Temp IIIs. If at all possible, get your other two Energy Nullifiers installed as well.

I'd uninstall the Prey Trackers and one of the Hypergrid Cores, as well as Surge Plexus (reinstall over a defense when NPCing) and Logic Servo. Replace them with an additional researched defense. Also the Phase Interceptor Drives.

Light Null Rays are kind of a waste. The attack boost isn't so great, but the upkeep is. I'd upgrade it to Heavy Null Rays if you have the money, but if not just leave them at L.Nulls. Most people upgrade heavy-->heavy to save on installation costs, which is a good thing you could start doing.

If you have the money, upgrade the Syncos. Whilst 11k as a fixer seems nice... well... it's only fixer that's making your hull look nice. Your defense is much the same story (3.9k without Aerlen - slightly above average), so you should work on getting your other researched defenses online.

Your shield seems kind of low...

Stop putting rank points into decks if you haven't already. To patch your somewhat lacking attack I'd start getting some Tactical officers with which you can start to hit really hard, without the need for races like Konqul. As your energy takes a while to cap (just over a day) engineers probably aren't your main concern.
