Instead of every self conscious player in the game posting their own thread asking for reviews, everyone can post here and I'll compile a list in order of rank for you to compare yourself with. I will update the original post once per week or so. If you update more than once per month you will be ignored. This should resolve a lot of questions and cut back on the peer review threads. List the following Include racial bonuses Rank - Name - Race - Decks - Unbuffed Hull - Unbuffed Shields - Unbuffed attack - Unbuffed Defense (including velox) - Max energy - Production scores - All the rest is inconsequential. Most how are my ship threads are looking for advice. This style doesn't show what they have researched, if they are missing modules they need (armories for example), and shield/hull. |

This is just meant for baseline comparison. If someone sees that their stats are far off from others on this list of the same or nearby rank then they know they need to look for more detailed advice. |

Sparkles went through the Beginners Hub and compiled a list of links for all the "how's my ship" threads. People could look up ships of their own rank range and review the advice given to those players then tailor that advice for themselves based on the differences and similarities between their ship and the thread-ships. Unfortunately, that thread (and this thread) would require people to think for themselves. Something many (if not most) forum users are incapable of. Good try, though Rav... |
