If you are capped on planets right now that would mean you produce at LEAST 638.12 Artifact per planet. significantly more with slots open.

Given what Atlas mentioned about him resetting with his best planets waiting for him, it’s not that hard to believe, really. Even a poorly-made, vanilla 22x Oceanic can net an Excavator 1.1k artis an hour without any work at all -- much, much more if you throw in analysis, limited artis, etc. Add invincible planets into the equation and the luxury of already owning enough great planets so you only colonize/invade the very best, and the average artifact per planet/rank stays very, very high.
