wow didn't realise my ship was that bad :(

depends what you look at. the fasious, ganja golgotha curve is very much obtainable. You also have a different composite production bar than most of the rest on the showdown with mining as the highest and ap at only 35%, comparable only to phillus, with the rest exceeding 50% ap.

Also, good to compare with ships further alongs earlier updates. eg my rank 1100 update, which has slightly higher ap, but drasticly lower mining. So for the rank, Id say your doing fine.

Philus has indicated that he has retired his ship log.

wanted to get another shiplog showdown update before the elios seasonal madness started. also, wanted to document my shift away from SSB status and see how badly it affected my stats. by my reckoning, it takes 65 fewer hits to disable my ship than before.

Image

weirdly enough, despite taking fewer hits to disable, my ship's nominal toughness has increased with the deck fattening - the extra decks allowed me to put on more hull and defense mods.

Image

the runup to rank 2200 meant a stronger focus on NPCs to try to maximize troop carriers (and the remote chances of additional QSEs). that caused the PvP stats to waver a bit, but i should be able to turn that around. Peticks is maintaining his lead on the NPCs per rank .. we'll see if he can maintain that as he continues to rank up.

Image

continuing to stay above the 1.5 level to be able to auto.rank the purger mission. adding 50 engineers per rank, with the rest of the rank points going to tacos.

Image

Image

TexasToast must *really* like his planetary research ... i wish that i had gotten folks to indicate their resource storage stats as well. i suspect that the hours to cap stats would normalize some of these results since a high aph doesn't mean much if you lose multiple hours worth to sleep.

When I started playing, I was in a legion that encouraged research for the first few years, and while it didn't take that long to wise up, it had left it's mark. I don't have unlimited GP to abandon them, so I've slowly been abandoning or converting to artifact all of my research planets.

As I do so, however, my overall planetary research is still going up, because pretty much all of my project planets wind up with 17x or 19x research as well and a lot of planet structures offer research in addition to artifacts. So even though research isn't a primary producer and I don't do anything to actually try to maximize the research, it just kind of keeps going up anyway.

That's why I started tracking my primary production versus highest resource stat the last few ship logs, so I could track my progress as I try to convert planets over to artifacts. Basically, working my way down from largest planets and/or planets with effects down, and most of my large planets are colossal plasma with 22x research, so they wind up being 20x artifact planets w/research as the highest stat.

But, it's also nice not to have to worry about what I have equipped and my upkeep and to have plenty of cash flow, which is basically all I'm using my research for these days anyway unless a legion mission calls for it.

while i will never include single data points .. i have some info from the top killers data over the years so i included that data and just fudged some numbers for crew counts, atk/def, and resources.

you also did post: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=42073&p=428593#p428593 .. so that gave me an additional data point.

the attack data at the very least is faulty. Must be completely without temporary buffs.

sneaking another shiplog showdown update before the elios seasonal starts:

if anyone is still tracking the total number of decks to install every ship mod in the game, please advise as to the top number. i still have 10k dummied in, but before the next update, i may just go ahead and set up another spreadsheet tab to figure out the tally.

still around 800 ranks until i can return to full SSB status. Bollweevil is taking around 12 minutes to disable me now.

Image

still managing to maintain PvP kills per rank around 12 .. but that will get harder going forward as i can only badge down to r1671 now, and the ships that i can see are generally toughening up over time.

Image

getting close to surpassing icky and Keithor in tacos per rank, but Peticks is still leading in that category for now. still 300 ranks until i can 1.shot rogue tech collectors - once i get there, i should be able to move NPCs per rank over the 500 mark.

Image

still adding around 50 engineers per rankup to ensure that i will be able to auto.rank the purger mission for the forseeable future. Peticks is again holding a lead in crew per rank .. but that will likely be beat by the end of the year.

Image

I Choose You still has a commanding lead in aph per rank .. but likely caps out production in an hour or two .. so i don't envy his sleep schedule. if i hadn't started abandoning planets last year, i might have been able to catch up by now, but i already cap arti production in 5.5 hours, so adding more production doesn't mean much when i lose 2 or 3 hours of production due to sleeping a healthy amount.

Image

adding a few more storage planets has dropped the arti %production a bit, while boosting research %production. however, artifact per planet (includes all planets) is staying above 1000 now.

Image

running full elios radiant attractor buffs now that elios is nigh .. so that is maintaining me above 550k arti per hour. i have run into the buff cap on my top rift occasionally .. so i sometimes put the lesser buffs onto my 2d rift just to ensure that they don't get wasted. but what's a few thousand aph one way or the other lol.

Image

comparing with last summer (before 7.year prismatic upgrades):
rank: 2230 to 2780 .. +550 ranks
planets occupied: 497 to 524 .. +27 planets
dedicated storage planets: 42 to 58 .. +16 storage planets
interim planets / futbawls: 3 to 0
time to cap research: 3.95H to 3.14H

dedicated mining planets: 53 to 64 .. +11 mining planets
mining production: 200736 to 344912 .. +144176 mining per hour OR 13107 per additional planet
average mining production per mining planet: 3787.5 to 5389.3 .. +1601.8
time to cap mining: 7.42H to 5.37H

dedicated arti planets: 399 to 402 .. +3 planets
arti production: 350102 to 557136 .. +207034 arti per hour OR 69011 per additional planet
average arti production per arti planet: 877.4 to 1385.9 .. +508.5
time to cap arti: 6.02H to 5.16H

current roster by planet type and size:
