Post subject:  Vorean Habitat
This says "when first built". Does this mean that if I extract it and then place it on another planet, the bonus will stay/not be added (depending on whether or not I was Biologist when i first built it).

I'd like to know now so I can build it and not have to worry about the bonus later. Just extract and place again when I go Biologist down the line.

The "when first built" part just means it won't change automatically, but if you extract it and place it again then it will change.

The "when first built" part just means it won't change automatically, but if you extract it and place it again then it will change.

I tested that out with another 'when first built' building and can confirm that you get the options again.

Though, chances are very good that buildings acquired from the legion missions will not be extractable... Confirmation anyone?

The Vorean Habitat can be extracted no problem.
