List of non-extractable artifacts now on wiki

 this was another one of my to-do projects, but Annabell beat me to the punch. also, rather than a separate page, she included it on the page for the Mylarai Build Extractor:

i know i am reviving an old post but i cant find this info.
Luring Cynosure (green badge artifact) is it extractable? and when extracted does it keep the bonus ? i am guessing if it is extractable it dont keep the bonus can any one confirm. |
