 Luring Cynosure [ Planet Structure - Size:1, Artifact:1, Attack:+20% ] If the planet has an Insurgent Uprising or Enslaved Prisoners when this is built, this structure gains +2 mining and +20% attack. Limit 1 per planet. Is it really worth it? I acquired a massive 17x arti crystal today with enslaved prisoners on it. Is 7 green badges worth 1 artifact 2 mining and 40% attack? |

Definitely the invasion attack upgrade. After that it is either assimilation locus (meh) or the arti structure (my personal choice). |

It's only a size 1 arti one strut and for a massive planet there are already plenty of arties that can be used. |
