is it like hacking or raiding, do i need a high scan number to take a planet with good defences? |

Nope, just more attack, use Orbital Mass Disruptors and Ion Storm Charges on the planet, and use a Stryll Pathogen if you have one. You can use Mutagenic Cartridges as well, but you only get 5 so make sure it's worth it. |
