What is the list of ship modules that give crew every time an ability is used? What kind of abilities, not from ship modules, give ship crew? |

I believe the only abilities are from modules, and those are the Cybernetic Link Interface and QPedd Assembly Line / 2.0. The Interface gives +2 Helmsmen, and the Line gives +2 Scientists. |
