I alerted a planet, and the wrong person took it and then fluxed it. We can still see the planet, but will we still be able to see it if we kick him out? I was considering kicking him and taking it back while I still can, but wanted to check if that would even work.

yes, as long as the alerter remains in legion, the alert will stay up until the time ends on it

Why don't you put a bounty on the fellas head - everyone needs to take out some frustration from the Easter NPCs being a flop :p
