You can absolutely crit hack someone with 0 RP, i have managed to do so at least twice.

Can a critical hack be performed on a target with 0 research points? And/or a crit counter? I've never been critted with 0, and most of my crits have been on people I was multi-ing and am sure had RPs remaining. Thanks |

Yeah, I meant multi hacking, not multi accounting, that wouldn't make sense with the question :/ Thanks |
