Assuming you could take the passive cloak to 3892 you would have 12394 cloak after bonus

You may enjoy living a risky life style but you could be making an extra 93 arti/hr by redoing your planet.

This planet is one of my standard VM 15x arti planets. They all look almost exactly like this except some make more arti if they happened to be invaded from someone who put nice artifacts that can't be removed such as T.O. Manufacturing Core and other upgraded structures.
The only thing on this planet that isn't repeatable is the ergosphere which I happen to have a crazy amount of thanks to a year of trading toxics for them.
Without the ergo the 17k cloak it would have would still be plenty.

Yeah Tree, I know, but I dont have the artis to make it produce more than that as of now. When I get them, I'll make that planet produce more. I need LM artis and since they aren't really common, I have to put them on more important planets.

It has 3 +12s as of now, I know that's terrible lol

Mine doesn't have legion mission structures, the only structure I have that you can't currently get would be the Silthion T-Plasma Vesicle

And why not 2 Klorvis Shroud Generators for some extra cloak?

So for 18 spaces, I get 18 artifact points, 5 mining points and 5 research points instead of 12 artifact points only.
Is it similar to your build?

You've pretty much got the list covered except litheor probes.

Litheor probes are great but sorta a luxury for people with enough planets to use them on to beat out talth.
