What other ways do we obtain the Summer Relays than by GPs?

I see that I can get two more relays in order to get a 20-second recharge time. However, that'll cost 112 GPs. Is there a different way to earn those two Elios Relays?

What mission(s) and/or NPCs have us earn them?

Hopefully I can earn them in any other way than GPs (which infers a "pay-to-win" scheme). I wouldn't like to get GPs again until I get employed anyway.

If they could be 'earned' via mission or NPC then there wouldn't be much point in trying to sell them now would there?

As for a 'pay to win' scheme, 60 more energy per hour when you aren't playing isn't gonna make or break you. Is it a nice bonus? Yes. Do you need them in order to stay competitive? No.

Every new feature revolves around making cash purchases, be it legion advertising/recruitment, legion missions (with subsequent skipping) and the seasonal content. You have three new GP items, two seem indispensable at first (and come with an in-game medal on skillfully purchasing), then you've a 'Lepus Egg'-style planet mod which barely improves overall AP and gives the impression that it's not bad value because it comes with 20 GP worth of energy refills, despite the fact that most people never spend any real money refilling energy.

This wouldn't be so bad if it was coupled with implementing the most popular Suggestions and Ideas on a regular basis, but it's not. At all. The remaining playerbase is being milked for real money purchases.

Truth.

This is why I stopped buying GP altogether. When my current balance runs out, I won't be able to get any of the fancy GP-omly items. I would say it was Dan's loss, but he actually doesn't care

And I'm just sitting here buying things that will add to my enjoyment of the game, but wouldn't be game breaking if I didn't get them.

It's odd that some players can do this and others can't, maybe Dan is to blame (then again, probably not though)

No of course there isn't.

There hasn't been a way to do that since the inception of GP exclusive Ship Modules were even introduced.

As for inferring a "pay to win" scheme, uh... no. You cannot win this game, ergo, you cannot pay to win.

Wait.... so the person with the most decks doesn't win?

:?

I may need to reevaluate my strategy.
