Passive Cloak Cap for Hyper-Dimensional Anchor?

 Does anybody know if there is an upper limit for passive cloak provided for the Hyper-Dimensional Anchor, or is it like the Xecti Ensconcing thingy?
A cap is not listed on the wiki, nor is it mentioned in the numerous board discussions involving the Hyper-Dimensional Anchor and other passive cloak artis. |

It has a cap, it can't be used on a planet with 5106 passive cloak. How low the cap goes I can't tell you.

Can confirm it does not work down to 3856 cloak.

I actually checked the edit history to make sure you weren't trolling me with a sneak update, senator... but alas I did completely miss that 3000 cap that's clearly listed right there in the middle of the page! |
