Just discovered you can build structures on a legionmate's planet.

Can't place arties, but you can build anything researched. I had no idea.

depends if you have trainees, traders, or low ranks in your legion or not. Not all of us can be ultra elite, that have nothing but rank 800+ in our legions

I know personally I do not have the 1K pop structure, seems pretty useless considering the space it takes and there is a +500 +50% pop structure that can be made in the CTL for 1 size/spot.

known this for years ! lol

i tell my guys if they need help upgrading structures to share the planet and we can build it for them . also , its good if a planet that was alerted gets sabbed

why not just send the money and save the timer/alert something to steal?

This feature's true glory is in that you can really mess with legionmates. They alert planet to get melted, the planet gets abandoned by the trader, your legionmate colonizes, you proceed to fill the planet with habitation modules faster than your legionmate can destroy them.

They have no way of knowing who is building the mods unless you happen to be the only other person online in the legion.

I believe you can build anything you have researched but that it will come up with some error message on the structure (Like the word NONE) and won't do anything. Or maybe that's just what happens if you invade something with structures you haven't researched.

Yep that is correct. Mal was right about the invasion, but only what they have researched is available when building on legion planets.
