"A complex optimizer that analyzes and makes improvement to your defenses. Adds 1 helmsman to your crew for each defense and shield module you currently have online." You get up to 6 from the new mission, "New Generations". I'm thinking any regular def/shield modules will work, and you want to have all NPC drop types (any flavor for those that overlap). |

It sounds awesome...unfortunately I'm not even a high enough rank to access it. (I still always keep track of sags because they're awesome.) What rank do you have to be? |

http://galaxylegion.com/wiki/index.php/Empty_Arrival is the first in the chain, the one I am talking about is deep in the chain. No one knows the rank but based on it's position, it appears to be around 220-250. You need a large scan for this chain also. |
