Okay I blew through 2K energy and I can't seem to find any of these yet, I just leveled and will be trying for a while longer, it says they are a rank 300 uncommon, but they seem pretty freaken rare considering the energy investment I'm making here.... Anyone know if they have cloak? (Please don't link me to the Wiki I've already been there and people often forget to post whether an NPC has cloak and if so, how much, when I look on there..) |

It has no cloak at all. |

yeah I've found 3 so far, they're just kinda rare. in 5K energy I found 3.... blah. |
