We get lots of requests from the little guys for us to send help to take out a big NPC that they can't handle. We used to do that alot but no one in our group wants to anymore. The problem is you have the 24hr alert timer going there and then again coming back. The odds of you getting a module you need and don't already have is pretty low. The penalties are not worth the rewards. That is why we changed to a legion with rank restrictions and now accept members 250 or higher. We get a TON of NPCs and they are finished quickly. The question is, does anyone have any ideas to still help the little guys? The only thing I could come up with is they immediately switch to a stronger and after the 24hr waiting period they share with the players that can handle it. |

The only thing I can think of would be to change the timers so NPC alerts run on a differant timer to planet and player alerts. If I remember correctly the 24 hr waiting period was introduced so that people don't abuse alerting planets and particularly players to much stronger legions. It might be possible to make a change to the timers like the one Dan made for the Race abilities, so that NPC alerts wouldn't be subject to the 24 hr wait. |

There is no timer at all for sharing NPCs. However once it is shared it will disappear from the battle tab if you leave the legion you share it in, and you cannot reshare it in another legion. I have been informed today that if you share, leave, and come back, the legion you shared it in can find it on the news feed, but not on the battle tab. |

Correct but there is a time for planet sharing. Most of the larger legions are pretty active in fighting. I know if I saw one of my enemies swapping legions I would inform my entire legion that was the best time to attack him or one of his planets. |

I was only addressing the NPC share issue. |

The only ones really worth moving to hit are graxis and renegar. The rest either die too fast or have crap xp. Anyone from a big legion will already have all the special modules. It's really not worth the trouble seeing as how big legions have enough trouble keeping their battle tab clean since nobody seems to want to tactically remodulate xavox, hives or whatever else is a complete waste of time. |

I'm in this sort of dilemma... Much higher rank than my legion and the npc's I get I can't get help with currently it's Dark Mega Complex which has 110000 hull any suggestions how I can kill these short of abandoning my legion? |

What is it? I might be interested... Have you shared it yet? What Legion? If it's not shared yet you could bring it to my fleet and we could help take care of it. |

Dark Mega Complex which has 110000 hull NOT shared 10 slots Order of the white lotus... not currently at war with anyone it has 34 hours left and i'll be back in about 11 hours... |

If you want, you can bring it and hang out in Warp Fleet for a little bit. My guys will take care of it for you. Then you can go back to White Lotus. |
