This one is a nifty artifact but my problem with this is that it only reduces the defence of the boss but (possibly) not the damage cap... Some high ranking players already can do up to the damage cap on elite bosses and no matter how much you deduct defence on a boss the damage cap would still be the same so its useless (for me anyway and) for other high attack players I know. |
