Can Taltharians use their artifact boosting ability on planets that don't have any basic artifact production, like most Gas planets? |

Vekno wrote: are you sure you can use it on gas planets? seems rather improbable. You can use Terraformers on gas planets and give them Mining and Artifact, so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use racial abilities such as Enrich and Urbanize on a gas planet as well. |

i have a number of gas planets with production in all 3 area's so im pretty sure you can. |

k, thnx for the heads up. looks like itll be worth it to be one of the new races now. easy collosal plasma planets in the resource of your choice. |

When I was taltherian I did boost gas planets with artifacts in an experiment. There is no restriction except max 15x like normal. |

I want taltherian so much... but the problem is: Their name is long and you can hardly call 'em the 'Tally' can you... perhaps THAT's why we were at war with the Taliban... |
