My legion has a level 4 base, almost to level 5. Over 1000 tech parts have been donated to the base, yet I still can't install the collective theory lab module? How do you add more tech parts than is needed to upgrade the base? I've researched up to dimensional logistics so far which is 3 levels past the collective theory lab so that isn't it? what am I missing? |

You don't donate them to the base, the CTP come from the person building it. In my Legion, we all sent CTP to one person in order to build it. |

This might sound stupid but a lot of times something simple like this gets overlooked... Do you have enough Special Space on your base to install it? |
