I know that with no scan on, no one will appear unless they are QFT. And with max scan on, I will probably see Darkstar (lol) and a cluster of Dysonians. The question is, if one has max cloak on (not sure what the highest value is, but I think: 3,334 * 1.08 * 1.08 = 3,889 cloak) compared to around 10k normal max scan, will that 1) do nothing, 2) reduce the chance of being seen by some percent depending on scan like a planet scan vs. cloak check, 3) block only people under 3889 scan ? In other words, at highest techs can you hide from battle tab hits or not ?

I think it's a yes/no thing, cause I don't see ppl "less", I don't see them at all. Although, certain ppl only seem to see me about 1-2/day, so I think it won't show unless you can badge off it too.

Yeah it seems since there is a 12hr period per badge, you won't be on someone's btab for 12hr after being hit. That explains why only 1-2/day.
