 I just killed a Sha'din Infiltrator and received no reward..

Post I just killed a Sha'din Infiltrator and received no reward..
Hi! I just killed a Sha'din Infiltrator (Standard/Uncommon) and I did not receive the Rescued Prisoners reward... Please assist!

it dosnt always drop, this is not a bug but a game mechanic.

Rescued Prisoners are not a guaranteed reward from Sha'din Infiltrators.
