Wierd bug cannot buy new jammer

 I am attempting to upgrade from quantum jammers to stealth field jammers. I call sell my quantum jammers, buy enough minerals for the upgrade and have extra decks for the upgrade. When I attempt to buy the stealth field jammers, I get a notice that I have too many jammers, even though I sold my old jammers. I can buy back the quantum jammers, so I don't have too many jammers. I then sell my quantum jammers and go though the same process again. It looks like something connected with the stealth field jammers is preventing the upgrade.
