I just posted a recruitment ad for Christian Legion (great feature BTW!), and I noticed something... I carefully typed a statement that was within the character limit, but when it posted, only about 40% of what I typed is actually visible. It looked like this also occurred on at least one or two other legion's posts b/c theirs also stops in mid-sentence and is relatively short. A different legion that posted a little under our ad (who is also in the non-premium section) had their much longer statement fully visible. Just wanted to point this out in case it is a bug with this new feature.

I know that the "&" symbol will bug out any comms you send to another player, so I think the same might have happened to you. Did you use an ampersand?

I think you are correct. Looking at what I wrote, the next character that is missing would probably have been an "&". I will keep that in mind! Thanks!
