I do not know why or how this occurred, but for some reason, I cannot bump players from my BT. The only way they are removed is if they are disabled. I have tried refreshing, but they're still there. Many of them are Halced or Calming Amped.
Again, I have no idea why this is happening. It has never happened to me before.
EDIT: I have been told that this is normal for people who are not in a legion. Why is it set up this way?

it also has to do with how much scan you have. If your scan is too low, you won't be able to see any ships with any cloak at all. It is very common at my level - if running without scan, to only be able to see 6-10 ships total. When one is disabled, I get 1 of 9, then 1 of 8, and so on till only halced ships (maybe 4) are left.

I had 571 scan at rank 390.

That explains a lot. Did you improve the scan yet? I never have this problem, I guess because my scan is at 7226. - Asheron

The OP is trying to say that when you are out of a legion, the BT will not refresh after "bumping". The targets remain the same until you or someone else kills them.
