Very often i need to sit on a mini-pc / netbook, my netbook is a DUAL CORE.
I run latest SRWare Iron (based on chrome), each click on GL makes the whole browser lag due too much (crap) is loaded when its not needed such as when attacking npcs makes my browser hang 2-3 seconds each click.

Also the GL alone easy take up to 500MB ram after an hour or clicking around inside GL a bit doing alot of tast forcing me to restart the browser several times per day since its wasting ram and cpu cycles.

EDIT: 500 GB -> 500 MB

odd. I once had GL running for 4 hours strait and my ram didn't go any higher than 250KB to the process.

I usually have GL running for days straight, Zophah, not just hours. GL definitely uses increasing amounts of RAM the longer it's running, but i've not experienced the problems furious has mentioned. My computer is more powerful than his and certainly has more RAM though. But the game does occasionally seem to lag. I always assumed it was the server, but that was upgraded a month or two ago and the number of monthly active players has gone down over the last three weeks, not up.
