That is exactly what im having trouble with... Im not sure if anyone else uses an app regularly to log in to the game, but thats how i play. Even on a desktop im unable to purchase glaaxy points. I might put a ticket in, but im looking for some ideas from players also.

I have the same problem. Below is what I got from submitting a ticket:

"Payments are handled entirely on the Facebook side so they may be implementing some changes or need to fix something.

Please ensure you are accessing from desktop and all third-party cookies are enabled for the site. If it still doesn't function properly, we will likely need to wait for FB to resolve the issue."

It is still happening and I'm not sure how to fix it.

tried last nite and was unsuccessful.

tried again this afternoon and was able to get me some GP.

so whatever the issue on the facebook end has apparently been resolved.

I guess it was fixed
