 Zolazin Ships

12 full repairs/E.C. uses and only 5 ships downed.

only 2 of them were zolian, now I have a 90 and 125 on my list with insane stats. I am level 64, so how am I supposed to take them out any time soon when I had to repair like crazy against the ones my own level?


The atk/def need to be decreased, and all non zolazin ships should be on a timer, so that you at least have more of a chance to get zolazin ships.

Which NPCs are in your list? There are no NPCs in the game that are Rank 90, and you shouldn't be eligible for a rank 125 if you are still 64.

the 100+ was an 8hr one it is gone and now my list is this.


Sha'din Corsair XI
75
Standard / Common 100% Stable
Enemy Type Standard
Attack 450
Defense 300


Dark Velocitor IX
85
Standard / Common 100% Stable
Enemy Type Standard
Attack 150
Defense 750


If I were to equip weapons/defense to match the level 75, then I would have no hull and shields and have to repair after each volly. I can't even match the defense of the 85 to make headway before needing to repair, again.

I don't see how I can repair/attack/repair/attack, then do the mission all in the alotted time.

perhaps lowering the attk/def of the non zolazin ships for the duration of this mission plot would make it much more feasible for lower levels that are elligable to complete it within the time period.

have you considered that you may either not be maximizing the combat effectiveness of your ship, or you may just have horridly crappy weapons for your rank?

Ok, I have disbled two common NPC ships now and no Zolazin. Before I only had to kill one. At least I found a Terran Outsider.

Algarwick, remember to unequip modules that you don't need for combat, such as your energy modules (Both Generators and Relays) - as long as your energy level is already low so you don't waste any energy by unequipping the generators. Cloak and Scan are supposed to have a small effect during combat, but I don't think it applies to NPC combat, so you can probably unequip those too. Someone who knows more about it might be able to confirm or post otherwise.

Once the unnecessary modules are unequipped, add weapons, defences, and shields but NOT hull - equip shields instead of hull to make the shields last longer. During combat, once your shields have been knocked out and you're low on hull, uninstall the shields and max out on hull modules, THEN repair. Repairing before you equip hull modules means you miss out on adding the extra hit points.

Once combat is over, unequip the weapons and defences and bring your generators and relays online again.
