Post subject:  Battle tab rank order
When organizing the ships in the battle tab by rank, I noticed a strange thing about how it's ordered when I saw my first person ranked 100+:

I don't know why it does that, but it happens every time a person ranked 100+ shows up. Just thought I'd share. :)

it's because it's not actually listing them by rank, but the first number, THEN the second number....1 is less that 8, and since it's the first number, it comes first

exactly... it's alphabetic order... the sorting routine isn't being told it's numbers

i wonder if this is something Dan would be able to fix easily or if it would take a while

Not sure, but in the coding only he could change the variable it to "000105" "000065"
Then 1>0 so 65 would go before 105. :D
Not sure if it's set just to read out the variable though, which would be difficult.

I'm assuming this happens for rank 1000+ aswell?

heck with 6 digits, it'll work fine for correctly sorting lvl 99,999 vs lvl 100,000.... though i wouldn't want to see leading 0's in the actual list (but that's easily removable)
