On the other hand, there could be a 'Finder's Reward' (maybe Fleet Commander's Reward?) as others have suggested. It would just be a fourth item, maybe not quite as good as the others, that the original finder would get if the NPC were disabled. He would also be eligible for the top three damage dealers reward, allowing him a possible TWO rewards, but guaranteed one if he couldn't finish the job himself.

Maybe a better name would be LEGION Commander. Since we're playing Galaxy LEGION. Duh.

Well, if nothing else, maybe a "finders fee" I mean I hit it for a while, did 3 hull repairs, spent some artifacts, an XP bone thrown my way might have made me feel a tiny bit better, I mean I didn't expect a big reward, but SOMETHING would have been good. this would even be good for low level players, no chance of taking it on yourself, but sharing it would get you something.
