I've got 110 engineers and 3 x 55 point reactors yet my energy bar is capping out at 155.. That doesn't add up.. Is there some sort of cap by level too? |

Yep... that would be it.. I only saw the plus 9.. have to mouse over it to see the penalty.. heh Sorry.. The sky is falling.. |

At 3:38 pm, my energy read 24/143. It had 1:50 till the tick. I turned away from the compy, and when I turned back, I had 22 energy, with 1:00 till the tick. |
