Thanks for the report. It may be sending the notification to the wrong damagers (but still applying the effect to the top 3).

I was not top 3, I did not receive a notification but it was applied to me. I was like number 12 and 10 at the times it got applied to me; I only noticed it because of the huge difference I saw when attacking.

strange that you keep getting the debuff...

is the debuff actually showing on your ship effects tab?
or are you just noticing the message in your comm or alert popups?

hypothesis: the first 3 people that ever attacked the base are affected

I was not one of the first 3 people to attack. I was #10 by the time I got my first hit.

The debuff is showing up on the attack page as well as the ship effects page. My attack is 90% of its normal value and when I look, it says Remote Intrusion and apparently they stack. After getting it, I do 1 damage on the base per attack vs my normal 20-30. There is no notice on any of the newsfeed pages about being hit by it.

you mean your attack is 10% of its normal value? or that your attack is down 90% from its normal value? remote intrusion is supposed to "lower attack... by 90%"... so it's a -90% effect... so it's a 0.1x multiplier
and if the effect stacked, your attack would actually be 1% of its normal value (5000 atk becomes 50 atk) after two of them are on you... and 0.1% of its normal value (5000 becomes 5) after three are on you

I was number 15 on the battle list when I left work. I came home to find remote intrusion had effected me.
